If you're unsure whether to go with flash or continuous light, you can have both with Godox's FV150 High-Speed Sync Flash LED Light. In continuous mode, the unit boasts a 5600K color temperature and is dimmable from 0-100% with a CRI/TLCI rating of 96/95, demonstrating high color accuracy. The light also has eight special effects, including Storm Variations, TV, and Broken Bulb.

In flash mode, the FV150's color temperature is still 5600K, and power can be adjusted from 1/8 to full power. It supports High-Speed Sync at speeds as fast as 1/8000 second. You can make these changes locally on the fixture for continuous or flash mode. It's compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus, and Pentax cameras. The FV150 is ready for worldwide use via a 100 to 240 VAC power supply. A standard Bowens-mount reflector with umbrella channel is also included.
