Preliminary Information Form

1. Parties

This "Preliminary Information Form" has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the goods or services to be purchased. Acceptance of the distance sales agreement by the BUYER means that the BUYER has read, understood, and accepted the information contained in this "Preliminary Information Form."

By signing this agreement, the BUYER agrees and undertakes to pay the TOTAL PRICE (including VAT) for the goods or services stated in the agreement.

Withdrawal Right Contact Information

If the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal within the legal period, the following steps must be followed. The SELLER may request the BUYER to fill out a Withdrawal Form in addition to these steps.

The BUYER must notify the SELLER via phone, e-mail, or fax as stated in Article 1.1 regarding the decision to withdraw.
The BUYER must send the product in its original box or packaging together with the invoice using the shipping company indicated by the SELLER. Shipping costs arising from the withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.

The refund will be made to the BUYER using the same payment method used during purchase.

2. Subject

This distance sales agreement has been concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated November 27, 2014, to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below.

3. Contract Articles

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

3.1.1 Calculation of Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period begins:

On the day the contract is established for service contracts,
On the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods for delivery contracts.

For orders with multiple deliveries, the period starts from the day the last item is delivered.
For contracts with regular deliveries, it starts from the day the first item is delivered.

3.1.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
a) Goods/services subject to price fluctuations beyond the seller’s control,
b) Goods prepared per the consumer’s personal requests or needs,
c) Perishable goods or those with an imminent expiration date,
d) Goods unfit for return due to health or hygiene once opened,
e) Goods mixed with others and inseparable by nature,
f) Books, digital content, or computer consumables unsealed after delivery,
g) Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions),
h) Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, leisure services provided on a specific date or period,
i) Services fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent before the withdrawal period ends.

3.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts located in the city of the SELLER’s commercial address shall have jurisdiction.
