Free Same Day Shipping

All orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered to cargo on the same day.
Free shipping is available throughout Turkey. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient's address and the shipping company's delivery schedule.

Delivery Process

All our products are shipped after being properly packaged and quality checked to prevent damage during transportation.

Return and Shipping Fees

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customers who wish to return a product may request a refund within 14 days . To initiate a return, the product must:

• It must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition,

• It must be sent with its original packaging, invoice and all accessories, if any.

Once we receive the products that meet the return conditions, your return will be processed within the legal period and you will be notified.
