1. Preliminary Information Form

This “Preliminary Information Form” has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the goods or services to be purchased.
Acceptance of the distance sales agreement by the BUYER means that the BUYER has read, understood, and accepted the information contained in this form.

By approving this agreement, the BUYER agrees and undertakes to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT (INCLUDING VAT) stated in the contract for the relevant goods or services.

Right of Withdrawal – Contact Information

In case the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal within the legal period, they must follow the steps below.
In addition, the SELLER may request that the BUYER fill in the WITHDRAWAL FORM.

  1. The BUYER must inform the SELLER via phone, e-mail, or fax as specified in Article 1.1 of this agreement.

  2. The product must be sent back in its original packaging and with the invoice, using the shipping company indicated by the SELLER.
    The return shipping cost due to withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
    Refunds will be made to the BUYER using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Subject

This distance sales contract is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Sales Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27 November 2014, No. 29188, to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Contract Terms

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

3.1.1 Calculation of the Withdrawal Period

  • For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded.

  • For goods, it starts on the day the consumer or a third party designated by them receives the product.

  • If several goods are delivered separately within one order, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last product is delivered.

  • For regularly delivered goods, the period starts with the delivery of the first product.

3.1.2 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

a) Goods or services whose prices depend on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control,
b) Goods produced according to the consumer’s request or personal needs,
c) Goods that may perish quickly or expire,
d) Goods whose protective packaging (seal, tape, etc.) has been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons,
e) Goods that are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by nature,
f) Books, digital content, or computer consumables whose packaging has been opened,
g) Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals except for subscription contracts,
h) Accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, or leisure services for a specific date or period,
ı) Services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly,
j) Services that have started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.

3.2 Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the Consumer Courts or Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the city of the SELLER’s commercial address are authorized.
